2016 Sunday Bearspaw Lions Farmers Market as well as our NEW Wednesday Market are in operation!!!!

The Sunday Farmers Market is now running, along with the addition of a new day – Wednesdays!  We are running a new market every Wednesday from  3:30 PM to 7:30 PM.  The new Sunday Market Vendor Application Form is ready and there is a separate form for the Wednesday Market – send an e-mail to farmersmarket2016@bearspawlions.com for more information.  Prices for Sunday vendors remain the same as last year .  Check here for the Vendor Pricing.

Returning full time vendor invoices are being prepared and will be sent out before the end of the month.  We require a new Vendor Application Form (VAF) to be filled out by all returning vendors as well as new potential vendors.  Part-time pre-booked vendors must fill out a VAF along with their pre-booked schedule.

If you are a new potential vendor looking for a spot in our market fill out a VAF and send it to us as soon as possible.  We’ll review all new vendor applications once we have confirmed which of our existing vendors are returning and will get back to you as soon as we can.  Please note: if you fall into the 20% category (see our FAQ for details) it is very unlikely we’ll have room for you but you can still apply.

Do you know where we are?  Contact us if you have any questions.

Contact the Farmers Market at our NEW address farmersmarket2016@bearspawlions.com.

2012 Bearspaw Lions Farmers Market is in Full Swing!

Our opening day on June 3rd was a great success with a number of new and returning vendors attending.  New this year are Thai food vendors, yummy cream puffs, cookies, the Spudmobeel, Belgian waffle vendor and many more.  Our regular breakfast / lunch is there of course with an expanded menu for lunch.

Please note: We are no longer accepting any more vendor applications for this season’s market.  We have more vendors than we can accommodate.  Thanks to everyone for your interest!
