Set against the iconic Bearspaw backdrop, this event is more than just a car show—it’s a full day of community, entertainment, and high-octane energy. From beautifully restored classics to custom builds and vintage gems, car enthusiasts and families alike will enjoy an incredible lineup of vehicles, live music, food, and interactive attractions.
Registration: $25.00 per vehicle entry.
Early Bird Registration: $20.00 per vehicle entry.

Bearspaw Barn Burner Cabaret
Get ready for an unforgettable night at the Bearspaw Barn Burner Cabaret, kicking off at 4:00 PM with live music, great food, drinks, and an electric summer atmosphere. Featuring Eden Taylor live, this is where the day turns into a full-blown party, bringing together music, community, and that classic barn burner energy.
Your ticket gives you more than just access to the cabaret. The day begins with the Car Show & Shine at 9:00 AM, complete with breakfast, vendors, and events running throughout the day. With your ticket, you’ll also be part of the action with a VIP Judge Pass, giving you the chance to help judge the car show across multiple categories.
Enjoy incredible food from Spolumbo’s, along with food and beverage included throughout the event, all while supporting the Veterans Association Food Bank and URSA.
Early Bird Tickets are just $35 and include full access to the cabaret, the car show, your VIP Judge Pass, and food and beverage — making this a full day experience you don’t want to miss.

SILENT AUCTION & SPONSORSHIP
A silent auction will be taking place inside the main hall during the Car Show, with all proceeds supporting the Veterans Association Food Bank and URSA.
This year, the auction will be hosted through Elevate Auctions with Bill Brown, whose online platform provides incredible exposure beyond the event itself.
Donating a product or service from your business allows it to be featured in the auction along with your company information and a direct link to your website and social media.
It’s a great way to give back to the community while also highlighting what you do and expanding your digital footprint.

VENDOR INFORMATION
We are now accepting a limited number of vendors for the Car Show & Bearspaw Barn Burner Cabaret.
Vendor spaces are available for $35, or by providing a silent auction donation with a minimum retail value of $100, in support of the Veterans Association Food Bank and URSA.
This is a great opportunity to showcase your brand, connect with the community, and be part of a high-energy, well-attended event.
All vendors will be selected to ensure a strong fit for the event, and we will do our best to avoid duplicate vendor categories to keep things fair and diverse.
Spaces are limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis, so early application is encouraged.
