Our Sunday Farmers Market opens at 10:00 am until 2:00 pm!
Breakfast is served inside the Hall starting at 9:30.

The Bearspaw Lions Farmers Market Shopping Bags can be obtained by just asking any Lions Member.
The bag celebrates 30+ years of our Sunday Farmers Market plus promotes membership in the Bearspaw Lions Club and rentals of our Hall. Please take home this souvenir of our community featuring local artist’s donated artwork and local businesses which have sponsored the cost to make these reusable tote bags.

Farmers Market Vendors
If you have emailed farmersmarket@bearspawlions.com please allow for 2 business days for a response.
- 2026 Market season opened: Sunday, June 7
- Vendors may arrive on site as early as they choose to setup but there will be no access to the hall until 7:00 am when the Day Manager will be on site.
- There are 3 entrances for Vendors access into the market (closest to the hall, middle and west), please use the entrance closest to your stall in order to improve safety along our promenade and the area near the hall.
- If there is not sufficient room to park your vehicle at your stall, please park on the south side of Nagway Road or in the far west parking lot. Vendors are not allowed to park on the north side of Nagway Road (side closest to the market) as this is reserved for customers to minimize walking across road.
- Vendors must be setup by 9:30 am. No vehicle traffic after 9:30 am.
- Vendors must keep their sales booth open until 2:00 pm when the market officially closes. You may not move before 2:15 pm to allow time for customers to leave the area.
- Washrooms and building access available until 3:00 pm.

We will email any pre-approved Day Vendors if the date they requested becomes available.
If you think you have an organic product to sell, please read about the recent regulations from the Alberta Government and it’s certification process. We will not allow a product to be labeled “organic” unless the seller has the proper certification from the Alberta government.
