Farmers Market Information

• Beware: There is a current scam asking FM vendors to make an application for our market to a JotForm very similar to our normal application and then ask to eTransfer fees to a fraudulent gmail email similar looking to our Bearspaw email address. DO NOT PAY or transfer any money.

• An official email was sent on Feb 20 from bearspawlions.com inviting 2025 Vendors to renew for 2026. The process is the same as last year. New vendors applications will start after mid March. Once accepted you will receive an email followed up by a phone call from our market manager. Invoices will be send out mid March to mid April, 2026. use the Marketwurks link below. Use the same emailed as last year to receive a code to renew.  New Vendor opportunities will be available later in March.

• If you think you have an organic product to sell, please read about the recent regulations from the Alberta Government and it’s certification process.  We will not allow a product to be labeled “organic” unless the seller has the proper certification from the Alberta government.
