Bearspaw Lions Event Venue

The Bearspaw Lions Event Venue is an event space for weddings, pre-wedding parties, or bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, anniversaries, reunions, celebrations of life, meetings, presentations, and TV event watch parties!

Measuring 1,800 square feet, the modern design of this venue features neutral décor and is a great backdrop for your function. Rural views to the north over the Bearspaw Golf Course make a great backdrop for outdoor events or photos.

We have a maximum capacity of 120 guests or 100 guests for a seated dinner, the comfortable number for most events is 80.  The L-shaped venue allows for various layouts or the full-service bar area can be used for buffet setup, pre-dinner reception or late-night snacks!

There is a raised stage area is for entertainment, podium speeches or displays and an AV system, equipped with a large projector screen and microphone system for presentations.

Commercial Kitchen

Equipped with a commercial double refrigerator and freezer, the AHS approved kitchen meets current standards and is complete with a food prep area, stainless steel central island, cutting boards and sinks, designated cleanup area, and commercial dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with a 24″ commercial gas stove plus a 36″ gas griddle, each with ovens.

Kitchen rental is restricted to events with licensed caterers only and specific rental packages.

During Farmers Market season (1st Sunday in June to 1st Sunday in October), the venue is not available for Sunday rentals.
